We contacted OttoEx from an online advertisement. Alex responded quickly to all of our initial inquires and follow-up questions. He was able to make his schedule work with ours for a meet and greet and first look at the vehicle. He took us on a test drive and answered all of our (many) questions. It was obvious that he had extensive knowledge in imported vehicles and the van in question. He made us feel at ease, which is unusual when buying any used car. Because it was a weekend we were not able to secure the funding until the following business day and he worked with us until we could secure the funding for the vehicle. When we left, we felt assured in our purchase and at ease. We were overly satisfied with this purchase from Alex and OttoEx. The experience was like working with a friend of the family!
We love this van! We purchased a low mile 1988 Toyota Super Casual Lite Ace and could not be happier. Alex explained all of the special features of the car and made our purchase a fun experience. He also gave us recommendations on local service, etc. Alex went above and beyond. I have never felt as excited or confident in buying a used vehicle as I did from Alex and OttoEx.
