Okay, so, it resembles a 1991 Toyota Corolla. Well… it IS a 1991 Toyota Corolla, but it’s not like any Corolla you have seen before. This immaculately kept 91′ Corolla checks all the boxes. 5 Speed Manual, Diesel, and All wheel drive. It’s low miles, with only 88,000 original miles. It’s been garage kept for most of it’s life in Japan. All rubber and chrome exterior trim, weather stripping is all in great condition. No faded pieces on the outside or inside, or cracks. It gets 45-55 mpg. It goes, and goes, and….goes. This engine is easy to maintain, with both engine and body parts availability being super easy in North America – because this Toyota 2C Engine and the smaller variant, the 1C engine were both sold here in North American Corollas and Camrys throughout the mid 1980s. So, you can get your parts from your Toyota Dealer, or Napa, or wherever. The glass, windshields, all of that, simple. Just like any other 1991 Corolla sedan. It’s comfy and peppy, reliable, and it barely sips fuel. It will likely last several more decades, at least. These are nigh impossible to find, even in Japan, were they were made and sold – this was a rare package from the factory. It took us forever to find one, and boy how we have been tempted to keep it for ourselves. But, please enjoy and check out our full gallery and walkthrough video as well.
