An extremely unique flavor of Hiace, the Living Saloon EX. We’ve just given it a full tune up and it is road trip ready. There isn’t a single spot of corrosion or rust. The paint is in very good shape for it’s age and the ride is so very smooth. The drivetrain and engine are sound and robust. It would make an excellent adventure vehicle and turns eyes everywhere it goes. This is the rare Livnig Saloon EX trim package, second from the top – a great balance between comfort and functionality. This was the second most expensive package available from Toyota back in the early 90s. In terms of MSRP from Toyota, these HiAces were right up there with the Land Cruisers as one of Toyota’s premier 4×4 heavy duty adventure vehicles. The 3L was the most expensive engine option for the HiAces in 1993 and is renowned for it’s reliability.
